Elite Academy

Our weekly Academy sessions bridge the gap between club training and representative cricket. We provide a thought-provoking environment where players are grouped by ability—not just age—to ensure every cricketer is challenged at the perfect level for their development.

The right challenge, at the right time

We move players between groups based on technical readiness and coaching criteria rather than strict age brackets. This ensures your child is never overwhelmed or under-challenged.

We kindly ask parents to trust our professional rotation process, which allows our entire coaching team to evaluate and support every player’s growth.

Our Process

The Team: Alex Bingham, Matt Askin, Jack Dudley, Dan Hickman, and Ben Hopkins.

The Approach: Our coaches rotate through all tiers. This "all-eyes" approach ensures that when a player is ready to move up, the decision is backed by the entire coaching staff.
