10 Years of Elite Cricket Coaching: Our Journey So Far
This year marks a significant milestone for us at Elite Cricket Coaching—we are officially celebrating 10 years of supporting, mentoring, and developing young cricketers across the West Midlands.
What started as a small vision to provide better technical coaching has grown into a premier academy. Over the last decade, we’ve been privileged to work with hundreds of players—from 3-year-olds picking up a bat for the first time in Cricket Tots, to athletes we’ve guided into County Age Group and professional pathways.
Why the 10-Year Mark Matters Experience isn’t just about the years on the clock; it’s about the evolution of our coaching. Over the past decade, we have:
- Refined our Tiered System: Developing the Micros-to-Elites pathway to ensure every child is challenged at the right level.
- Invested in the Best Tools: Integrating video analysis, bowling machines, and specialist side-arm drills into our weekly sessions.
- Built an Elite Team: Bringing together coaches like Alex, Matt, Jack, Dan, and Ben—all of whom bring current County-level insights to our local nets.
Looking Ahead to 2026 We aren’t standing still. To celebrate our 10th anniversary, our 2026 schedule is our most ambitious yet. With the addition of Pro-Led Masterclasses and expanded Trialist Prep Sessions, we are committed to making this our best year of coaching yet.
