Matt was a Professional at Worcestershire County Cricket Club for five years where he played 56 First Class matches for the county. He completed his Level 3 Performance Coach Qualification in June 2015. In 2016 he captained Kidderminster to 2nd place in the Birmingham and District Premier League as well as captaining Herefordshire to their first Minor County Cup win for 20 years. Matt is is currently Director of Cricket Coaching at Sherborne School.
